Chelmsford Friday Night Lenten Series
Sts. Vartanantz Church of Chelmsford, MA, will begin its 49th season of Friday-evening Lenten programs–the “V. Rev. Fr. Ghevont Samoorian Lenten Program of Spiritual Renewal”–on Friday, Feb. 16, at 6:30 p.m. at the church (180 Old Westford Rd., Chelmsford). The first lecture is titled “The Ten Commandments: Relevance of Ancient Law in Today’s Society”; the schedule will encompass all six Friday evenings of Lent, with opportunities to gather for worship, share a Lenten meal, and hold discussions to encourage spiritual examination, understanding, and renewal.
