Join political scientist Irina Ghaplanyan as she leads a discussion on “Leadership, Cynicism and Priorities in Armenia,” titled, Debunking Myths: On the Road to a Sustainable Armenia—broadcast over the Zoom platform and YouTube. Mezzo soprano Solange Merdinian (soloist with St. Vartan Cathedral Choir) will headline a trio of concerts in NYC titled “Global Roots: Mi Alma, Mi Voz, Mi Corazon,” featuring the artist singing folksongs and popular music from her Armenian Argentinian background, accompanied by an instrumental quartet. The University of California, Los Angeles, will host a program for the release of a collection of Armenian verse, Կիրքով ըսելու՝ ինչո՞ւ հոս եմ (To Say with Passion: Why Am I Here?), by the late Tenny Arlen.
