The Center for Holocaust and Genocide Education at NJ’s St. Elizabeth College will hold its annual Armenian Genocide commemoration on Monday, Apr. 27, at the college’s Annunciation Center (2 Convent Rd., Morristown, NJ). Dinner at 6:30 p.m.; program at 7:30 p.m. with keynote speaker Taner Akçam. Musical performance by the Maldjian Family Ensemble. Free and open to public, but registration is required. St. Vartan Cathedral in New York City will mark Sts. Vartanantz Day on Thursday, Feb. 20. Diocesan Primate Bishop Daniel will preside over dinner and program at 7 p.m. in Haik and Alice Kavookjian Auditorium (630 Second Ave., New York, NY). Dinner will follow badarak (beginning at 5:30 p.m.) celebrated by the Rev. Fr. Voski Galstyan. Guest speaker Dn. Timothy Aznavourian; performance by Solange Merdinian, accompanied by Federico Diaz.
