VEMKAR, the Eastern Diocese’s new educational initiative, will hold another “Live Session” based on its pilot module, Christ as Healer.

In keeping with Vemkar’s outreach to every segment and demographic of the Armenian Church community, the upcoming session will be geared towards young children. Fr. Aren Jebejian and Jennifer Morris will lead a conversation geared to very young children, from baptism to pre-kindergarten, on Saturday, October 17, at 11 a.m. EDT. The Eastern Diocese’s Krikor and Clara Zohrab Information Center will host an online panel discussion on “Oriental Orthodox Christianity and the Problem of Racism,” on Thursday, Oct. 15, at 7 p.m. EDT, over the Zoom video conference platform.
