The Eastern Diocese is pleased to offer a series of four day-long regional retreats for ACYOA Juniors in the coming fall season. These in-person gatherings are designed to enrich young spiritual life, while also reuniting Diocesan youth for a day of fun after the long isolation of the pandemic. The Diocesan Department of Youth and Young Adult Ministries will be organizing the retreats, which are open to all youth 13 to 18 years of age across the Diocese. Join in a day of fun, fellowship, and a chance to catch up with fellow young faithful of the Armenian Church. Click here to register in advance.

Please Note: All local, state, and CDC guidelines at the time of the retreats will be observed. Masks may be required when indoors, regardless of vaccination status. Participants will be e-mailed confirmation of the relevant guidelines prior to the day of the retreat.

The Eastern Diocese’s Krikor and Clara Zohrab Information Center will host a hybrid in-person and online lecture by economist Dr. Aleksandr Gevorkyan, titled “Diaspora, Homeland, and Economic Development.” The lecture will meet in guild Hall of the Diocesan Center (630 Second Ave., at 35th St., New York City) on Wednesday, Oct. 27, at 7 p.m. EDT, with simultaneous broadcast over the Zoom platform. The Cultural Committee of Sts.
