The Women’s Guild of St. Sarkis Church of Carrollton, TX, will hold a Fall Potluck Luncheon and its annual general meeting and elections on Saturday, Nov. 6, at 11:30 a.m. in the church’s Kechejian Hall (1805 Random Rd., Carrollton). Tufts University Art Galleries is currently showing an exhibit titled “Connecting Threads / Survivor Objects,” which runs through December 5 at the Aidekman Arts Center (40 Talbots Ave., Medford, MA). The Cultural Committee of Sts. Sahag & Mesrob Church (Providence, RI) will continue its popular online series, “Armenian Cultural Hour” on Friday, Nov. 5, at 7:30 p.m. This week’s program is an English-language documentary, The Land of the Armenian Kings: Van, Diarbeqir, Dickranakert. The National Fall Retreat Series for ACYOA Seniors (ages 18 and up) still has open registration for its in-person regional retreats on Saturday, Nov. 6, and its virtual retreat on Sunday, Nov. 7. Participants will join in prayer and a variety of engaging, reflective discussions. Each retreat was facilitated by ACYOA Central Council members from the respective regions.
