Throughout the coming week (May 10-14), the Eastern Diocese will continue its online gatherings for young people. This will mark the eighth and final week of the online fellowship initiative called #StayHome and #StayConnected.
The project was launched by the Diocese’s Department of Youth and Young Adult Ministries, to keep young people connected virtually while they stay home due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
As in prior weeks, each program will be led by a member of the clergy, Diocesan staff, or ACYOA Central Council. All events begin at 7 p.m. EDT (6 p.m. CDT), using Zoom Video Conferencing.
Programs last about an hour, and include a “Diving Deep Discussion” for ACYOA Seniors (on Sunday, May 10); a “Teen Talk” for ACYOA Juniors (May 12); and a “Camp Talent Show” for Campers ages 8-15 (May 14).
