St. James of Nisibis Church (Evanston, IL) will kick off a new online series on wellness with a program titled, “Caring for the Temple of the Holy Spirit: How to Maintain Physical Health in a Pandemic,” on Thursday, Jan. 28, at 7 p.m. CST (please note: 8 p.m. EST), on the Zoom video conference platform. Dr. Kavork Hagopian will lead viewers in a practical home exercise program to maintain strength and balance. The 30-minute program will include an exercise routine. The Cultural Committee of Sts.
