The Eastern Diocese was deeply grieved by the passing of Deacon Sebuh Oscherician, devoted servant of the Armenian Church, the Diocese, and St. Nersess Seminary, and a beloved friend to all in our community. He passed away on January 15, at the age of 68.
The Armenian Christmas Divine Liturgy on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at New York City’s St. Vartan Armenian Cathedral, once again united the Armenian Christian family to mark the Feast of the Nativity and Theophany of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
