More than 150 people heard U.S. Ambassador to Armenia Richard Mills lay out U.S. policy and goals that will be pursued in Armenia during his term. New York was his first stop in a two-week speaking tour that included the Armenian communities of Boston, Detroit, Chicago, Fresno, and Los Angeles, and concluded on March 11.
Last weekend 52 young adults from 17 parishes across the Eastern Diocese gathered in St. Petersburg, FL, for the annual ACYOA Seniors Chapter Workshop. The weekend of reflection, worship, leadership-building, and fellowship was organized by the ACYOA Central Council.
The Eastern Diocese is pleased to announce that it has hired a new Director of Administration, who will function as the head administrative officer of the Diocesan Center in New York City. Dr. Armen Baibourtian has accepted the position effective January 20.
