New York’s Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral will host an ecumenical prayer service as part of this year’s “Week of Prayer for Christian Unity,” on Thursday, Jan. 29, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., at Holy Trinity Cathedral (337 East 74th St., New York City). For 2026, the annual Week of Prayer will have a special focus on the Armenian Church, with services reflecting the spirituality of the Armenian Christian tradition, incorporating prayers and hymns by St. Nersess Shnorhali and St. Gregory of Narek. Diocesan Primate Bishop Mesrop Parsamyan and distinguished church leaders from New York City’s Eastern and Western traditions will gather to pray for Christian Unity. All are welcome to this meaningful service. Click the following links to view a flyer, and to find details on the Holy Trinity Cathedral website.
