Komitas Benefit Concert by Şahan Arzruni
Master pianist Şahan Arzruni will perform “A Tribute to Komitas’ 150th Anniversary,” a benefit concert in Washington, DC, on Friday, Oct. 11, at 7:30 p.m., at La Maison Française (4101 Reservoire Rd. NW, Washington). Proceeds benefit the Fund for Armenian Relief’s Vanadzor Old-Age Home in Armenia. Honoring Fr. Bohajian’s 20 Years at Fair Lawn
St. Leon Church of Fair Lawn, NJ, will hold a luncheon and program to honor Fr. ACYOA Seniors National Fall Retreat
The ACYOA Seniors National Fall Retreat, hosted by the ACYOA Central Council, will take place over the weekend of Nov. 8-10 (Friday-Sunday). Diocesan Primate Bishop Daniel will spend the weekend alongside the young adults gathered at the St. Iakovos Retreat Center in Kansasville, WI. Young adults age 18 and older are welcome to attend. There is no registration fee, but participants are responsible for all transportation costs.
