Oriental Orthodox Churches Youth Conference

The annual gathering of youth from Oriental Orthodox churches will take place on Saturday, Dec. 29, 10 a.m.-4 p.m., at the Mor Aphrem Center in Paramus, NJ. The event is sponsored by the Standing Conference of Oriental Orthodox Youth Association (SCOOYA). Diocesan Primate Fr. Daniel Findikyan will attend with the leaders of our sister Oriental Orthodox churches, to engage in an open-dialogue with participants. The conference theme is “Born A Stranger: Young and Orthodox in America,” and will include a presentation by Fr. Tateos Abadalian (host of the Diocese’s online video series, Choices).
