The Parish Council of the Armenian Church of Jacksonville Mission Parish joyfully announces the consecration of its new church. Diocesan Primate Bishop Mesrop Parsamyan will consecrate the church under the name “St. Nerses Shnorhali,” on Saturday, Mar. 2, at the site of the new church (3900 Atlantic Blvd., Jacksonville, FL). This will be the first church consecrated by the Primate since his ordination as a bishop. Seating for the service is limited and by invitation only; however, all are invited to the reception with Bishop Mesrop in church hall following the ceremony, from 3-5 p.m.
