A commemoration of the 104th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide will be held at the Connecticut State Capitol (House Chamber) at 210 Capitol Ave., Hartford, CT, on Saturday, Apr. 27, beginning at 11 a.m. (Note: Please arrive by 10:30 to clear security and be seated). Salpi Ghazarian, director of the USC Institute of Armenian Studies, will deliver the keynote address: “Looking to the Future Without Forgetting the Past.” A reception will follow.
