The 120th Diocesan Assembly of the Eastern Diocese of the Armenian Church of America saw some significant transitions in the life of the Diocese.
In Texas, a New Sanctuary of the Lord
During a weekend of uplifting ceremonies, a new Armenian Church was consecrated in Carrollton, TX. Taking its name from the community’s historic sanctuary, the new edifice was consecrated as “St. Sarkis Armenian Church,” and sits majestically atop a hill overlooking the Dallas suburb.
