A Prayer for the Republic of Armenia – May 28
O Lord our God, ruler of all creation, we give You thanks today as we celebrate the birth of the First Republic of Armenia—a day of joy and remembrance for our people.
You are the strength of nations and the protector of the faithful. In Your mercy, You did not forget us, but through the courage of our ancestors and their devotion to faith and freedom, You granted us deliverance and dignity.
Bless, O Lord, the Republic of Armenia. Keep her strong in justice and peace. Grant wisdom to her leaders, courage to her defenders, and unity to her people.
Let love, truth, and righteousness take root in the heart of every Armenian—wherever they may live. Strengthen the Armenian Church in her mission, and let the name “Armenia,” so cherished and enduring, shine with Your blessing.
May all Armenians scattered throughout the world draw closer to our homeland, and may our ancestral land once again bloom with peace, faith, and hope.
“This is the day the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it” (Psalm 118:24). Amen.

Աղօթք Հայաստանի Հանրապետութեան համար – Մայիսի 28
Տէր Աստուած, արարածներու տէր ու պահապան, գոհութեամբ քեզ կը փառաբանենք այսօր՝ նշելով Հայաստանի Առաջին Հանրապետութեան ծննդեան օրը, ուրախութեան ու յիշատակի օր մեր ժողովուրդին համար։
Դուն ես ազգերու զօրութիւնը ու հաւատարիմներու յոյսը։ Ողորմութեամբդ չմոռցար զմեզ. այլ մեր նախնիներու խիզախութեամբ եւ հաւատքի քաջութեամբ՝ պարգեւեցիր ազատութիւն եւ արժանապատւութիւն։
Օրհնէ, Տէր, Հայաստանի Հանրապետութիւնը։ Պահէ զայն անսասան՝ արդարութեան եւ խաղաղութեան մէջ։ Իշխաններուն տուր իմաստութիւն, պաշտպաններուն՝ քաջութիւն, եւ ողջ ժողովրդին՝ միութիւն։
Թող սէր, ճշմարտութիւն եւ արդարութիւն արմատաւորուին իւրաքանչիւր հայու սրտին մէջ՝ աշխարհի ամէն անկիւնը։ Ոյժ տուր Հայ Եկեղեցիին իր առաքելութեան մէջ, եւ թող «Հայաստան» անունը միշտ շողայ քու օրհնութեանդ մէջ։
Թող աշխարհի չորս կողմերուն մէջ սփիւռքի հայութիւնը համախմբուի իր հայրենիքին շուրջ, եւ մեր հայրենի հողը կրկին ծաղկի խաղաղութեամբ, հաւատքով եւ յոյսով։
«Այս է օրը, զոր Տէրը ստեղծեց, եկէք՝ ցնծանք եւ ուրախանանք այսօր» (Սաղմոս 117.24): Ամէն։
