The Eastern Diocese is pleased to release an electronic version of its 2024 Annual Report to Donors, titled “Growing In Faith Together: Love One Another.”

Along with it, we send you our deepest gratitude for the loyal, generous support you continue to show to our Diocese.
Please take the time to review its contents to learn about the work our Diocese accomplished in 2024. It was a year that witnessed an expansion of our Diocesan ministries, in order to creatively advance the church’s spiritual and educational outreach to our people. Our worldwide church rejoiced in the blessing of the Holy Muron and the re-opening of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin; while here in our Diocese we saw the completion of Phase One of the ambitious project to restore our beloved St. Vartan Cathedral to its original grandeur–on time and on budget.
It was also a year of celebrations in local churches across our Diocese. Let yourself be inspired by the images of wonderful people among our parishes, bound together by their Armenian heritage and a sense of warmhearted Christian fellowship.
As our Primate, Bishop Mesrop Parsamyan, expresses in this year’s report: “One of the greatest joys in my ministry as a bishop is to see these blessings in action, during my visits to parishes across the Eastern Diocese. I feel inspired when I witness your devotion to our Lord, and to His Armenian Church. This is a testament to the collective spirit of love, compassion, and kindness across our Diocese. As we move forward, it is my sincere prayer that a revival of faith will continue to unfold across our Diocese, and that the work we do together will never cease to glorify our Lord, as we enact His command to ‘Love One Another’ in the world.”
Most of all, we cannot overstate the importance of your involvement in the Eastern Diocese. Through every challenge our people faced in recent years, you answered the call to help with great generosity, and without hesitation. That, too, shows the power of the God’s Love to lift us up: as a church, as a people, and as individual followers of the risen Lord Jesus Christ.
