A new play about the Armenian Genocide—Daybreak, by Joyce Van Dyke—will debut off-Broadway on Saturday, Apr. 21 (and run through Sunday, May 13), 7:30 p.m., at the Beckett Theatre (410 W. 42nd St., New York City). Set in three time periods, the play is inspired by true stories of two Armenian women—friends and survivors of the Genocide—who endure the continuing impact of genocide through time.
