Former United States Ambassador to Armenian John M. Evans will speak at the first event in a series presented by Holy Trinity Church that will honor books, courage, and legends in the Charles and Nevart Talanian Cultural Hall. Ambassador Evans will discuss his book “Truth Held Hostage,” in which he recounts his experience as a diplomat in Armenia and his life post-Armenia after being dismissed from his position in 2005 for publicly acknowledging the Armenian Genocide.
