The Center for Holocaust, Human Rights, & Genocide Education (CHHANGE), in association with St. Stepanos Church of Elberon, NJ, will present its annual Armenian Genocide commemoration on Thursday, Apr. 23, at 6:30 p.m., at Brookdale Community College Main Campus (765 Newman Springs Rd., Lincroft, NJ).
