St. Leon Church (Fair Lawn, NJ) will host a class on “How to Protect Against Scams and Fraud,” on Friday, Nov. 14, at 7:15 p.m. (following dinner at 6 p.m.), at the church’s Abajian Hall (12-61 Saddle River Rd., Fair Lawn). Mark Pinajian, founder of Defend Prep Strategies, will address phone, online purchase, tech support, tax and other scams.
