Sts. Vartanantz Church of Chelmsford, MA, will celebrate the 20th Ordination Anniversary of its pastor, Fr. Khachatur Kesablyan, on Friday, Oct. 24, at 6 p.m., at the church (180 Old Westford Rd., Chelmsford). Diocesan Primate Bishop Mesrop Parsamyan will preside, and honor Fr.
