Pilgrimage to Jerusalem

PILGRIMAGE TO JERUSALEM

January 15-26, 2026

The Eastern Diocese of the Armenian Church of America’s Pilgrimage to the Holy Land.

Journey to the Heart of Our Faith

The Eastern Diocese invites you on a once-in-a-lifetime pilgrimage to the Holy Land, taking place January 15–26, 2026—perfectly timed to coincide with the profound celebration of Armenian Christmas in Bethlehem (January 18/19).

Led by Bishop Mesrop Parsamyan, with Fr. Mardiros Chevian, this spiritually enriching journey will bring you face-to-face with the sacred places of Scripture and the living heritage of our Armenian Church. Celebrate Christmas Badarak in the very place where Christ was born—the Church of the Nativity—and walk in the footsteps of saints and pilgrims through:

  • The holy city of Jerusalem
  • The ancient oasis of Jericho
  • The mystical caves of Qumran
  • The serene waters of Galilee
  • The historic port city of Jaffa
  • And the heart of the Armenian presence in the region: the Armenian Quarter and the Patriarchate of Sts. James

THIS IS MORE THAN A TRIP...

It is a sacred experience that will deepen your faith and renew your spiritual connection to the roots of Christianity and our Armenian tradition.

Registration deadline: November 1, 2025
