The Eastern Diocese’s Krikor and Clara Zohrab Information Center will host an “Open Mic Night” on Friday, Oct. 18, at 7 p.m. ET, in Yerevan Room of the Diocesan Center (630 Second Ave., New York City). The evening will go forward in collaboration with Noor magazine, a new literary forum & publishing platform founded in 2024 by Vladimir Mkrtchian and Madeline Berberian-Hutchinson. The public is invited to share original poetry, spoken word, music, singing, etc. in English or Armenian, in an “open mic” setting. Sign up at the event to reserve a slot.
