New Jersey’s PBS channel, WNJB, will air the engrossing documentary on the Armenian Genocide and its aftermath, titled The Hidden Map.
Filmmaker Ani Hovannisian takes viewers on a journey of heartbreak, discovery, and hope, as she uncovers the forbidden Armenian past beneath the surface of modern-day Turkey. Her chance meeting with a Scottish explorer leads them deep into the ancestral Armenian homeland, where buried secrets and stories of resilience reveal a “hidden map” of suffering and survival.
