On Sunday, October 23, Holy Trinity Church of Cambride, MA, marked the 55th anniversary of the consecration of its present-day sanctuary. Diocesan Primate Archbishop Khajag Barsamian celebrated the Divine Liturgy, with the Rev. Fr. Vasken Kouzouian, parish pastor, assisting. Local deacons and altar servers also took part in the service.
Last weekend, Sts. Vartanantz Church of Chelmsford, MA, celebrated the centennial of the consecration of its original sanctuary in Lowell, MA. Archbishop Khajag Barsamian, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of America (Eastern), presided over the weekend events.
His Holiness Karekin II, the Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, will visit the United States in the autumn of 2016 to preside over several important events.
