ACYOA Seniors Hold 2022 National Lenten Retreat
During the weekend of March 25-27, the Armenian Church Youth Organization of America (ACYOA) gathered 35 young adults from across the Eastern Diocese for its 2022 ACYOA Seniors National Lenten Retreat.
Holy Week at St. Vartan Cathedral: April 10 through 17
Ordinarily, Holy Week signals the end of the Lenten period of separation, and a return to the full life of the church. The coming Holy Week will go forward in the Eastern Diocese under observance of local safety regulations, with provision for in-person worship as well as the online broadcast of services.
120th Diocesan Assembly Will Go Forward in Hybrid Format, with In-Person & Virtual Attendance
In a modification of previous plans, the upcoming 120th Diocesan Assembly will convene in a “hybrid” format, incorporating both in-person and online participation. Primate Bishop Daniel made the announcement in a directive to Diocesan leaders, dated March 25, 2022.
