Participants in the Feat of Sts. Vartanantz at New York’s St. Vartan Cathedral will experience inspiring words and music during the commemoration on Thursday, February 20, 2020.
Diocesan Primate Bishop Daniel Findikyan will preside over the events, which are being organized under the auspices of the Eastern Diocese with the participation of the Knights and Daughters of Vartan Mid-Atlantic Region.
Beginning at 5:30 p.m., the Divine Liturgy will be celebrated in the cathedral sanctuary by the Rev. Fr. Voski Galstyan.
Vartanantz activities will continue at 7 p.m., with dinner in Haik and Alice Kavookjian Auditorium of the Diocesan complex. In the evening’s program, Dn. Timothy Aznavourian will be the featured speaker, and soprano Solange Merdinian, accompanied by Federico Diaz, will perform.
